We were there for three days and it's actually a very nice house. It's relatively close to Óbidos with good access. It is a little hidden, but very well marked. The facilities are very good, and to go with children I think it is quite appropriate. It has a swimming pool and I was surprised that it was open so soon. (End of March). We went away in one of the apartments and frankly, it was cozy and in my opinion it lacked nothing. It is true that we practically do not use it. I read in other comments that it was cold and that the heating took a while to warm up. I didn't feel that way. It's true that when we arrived the heating was off but the atmosphere was more than pleasant (and it was cool outside). The bathroom is comfortable and big. The water pressure of the shower is perfect, but what surprised us most was that the hot water is instantaneous. There is a wall dryer. It is not very powerful but it works. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The only thing that can be improved from my point of view is the pillows. I'm not saying they're a horror. They are individual pillows, which is great and there's an extra pair in the closet of different heights. But I didn't love any of them. To say also that at all times we had a feeling of tranquility. It seems that the apartments are quite well soundproofed. At least the shared walls.. As far as breakfast is concerned, we didn't miss anything. It was very good and varied. It's very good. I am lactose intolerant and I always appreciate that they have lactose free milk available, it is true that by default they don't put it in (nor soya) but they didn't give me any objection when I asked for it. (Thank you very much)
In my opinion the only thing that can be improved is the pillow, but I think this is something very personal.

Great value for money with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding region by car. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety of food options.

Excellent location. Very near Obidos for restaurants without being right in it so more space plus pool, plus very close to motorway (though not noisy) so good for excursions. Also well located access to great beaches. Excellent design and landscaping. Also liked in-room ethernet.
Walls a bit thin - could hear neighbor's television quite often.

The location was great. Perfect to relax - nice swimming pool, garden and "living room". Very friendly staff and spacious rooms.
You can hear all the noises from the outside as well as from the corridor... The location is great (Obidos castle view) only if you have a car!

We liked the fact that we were close to many places of interest, (Alcobaca, Batalha, the coast). The helpful staff and the elegant rooms were very important to us.
The breakfast, although plentiful and tasty was the same for the 4 days were there, a small change every day would be better
